FIFTH ANNUAL “HOFFMANN HACKERS” GOLF TOURNAMENT Is Perfect For THE Wild birds

LANESBOROUGH, MA – The Hoffmann Bird Club of Western Massachusetts announces its Fifth Annual “Hoffmann Online hackers Golf Classic” that could well be referred to as “The Longest Bird.”
The big event will occur in the Donnybrook Country Club, 775 Williamstown Road, Lanesborough, MA 01237, on Friday, June 23, 2017, beginning having a “shotgun start” at 4:00 PM. The general public is thanks for visiting participate. The 9-hole golf tournament is really a fundraising event for Berkshire County’s premier Ornithological Society. You will see a rain date of June 30th.
The entry fee for that event is going to be $40.00 per mind, including placement on the team, 9 holes of golf, with carts incorporated, as well as an all-you-can-eat bbq/prepare-out following a event. Try a Fundraising event Tournament at Donnybrook?
Donnybrook is providing the initial chance to local
Not-For-Profit groups with an interesting, fun and different fundraising event.
Who are able to benefit?:
• Non-Profit Organizations
• Emergency Funds
• Memorial Campaigns
• Political Campaigns
• Sports Teams
• Churches or Temples
• Schools
• Boy Scouts / Girl Scouts
• Any non-profit
Here’s the offer:
1. Make a booking for any Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday evening
(September second is excluded).
2. Your business runs and handles the publicity. You’ll be
accountable for letting the general public learn about your event. Each
group uses its very own channels to usher in people.
3. The format features a 4:00 PM start (Shotgun Start, if over 28 people)
for that golf tournament.
4. Donnybrook includes 9-holes of golf, with carts, score cards and pencils.
5. Donnybrook may also incorporate a bbq prepare-out, that will include
hamburgers, cheeseburgers, veggie burgers, hotdogs, chips, salad, pickles,
and non-bubbly sodas. The outside barbecue starts at 6:00 PM.
6. The charge is $40.00 per golfer, including the suggestions above.
7. Golfers may organize in groups of 4. There’s a restriction of 18 teams per event.
There’s no less than 5 teams.
8. Donnybrook will compensate your business $15.00 per player after
event has ended.
9. Non-golfing visitors are thanks for visiting partake from the bbq, and also to be
