In a view to luring small investors, Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority(YEIDA) has launched an industrial plot scheme. The Uttar Pradesh Government wants to attract small investors to set up their business along the Yamuna Expressway. Yamuna Expressway Authority plots scheme

Yamuna Expressway Development Authority has launched an alluring residential space to book your residential plot of dreams at the center of YEIDA City. To give new life to the real estate market The YIEDA has come up with a new lucrative residential scheme YEIDA, RPS 04/2021 residential plot.

Keeping in mind the people’s interest in small residential plots, the plot sizes are starting from 60 square meters. There is a total of 440 plots up to the size of 4000 square meters. 

The Yamuna Authority has announced the scheme for the allotment of residential plots in sectors 17, 18, 20, and 22D. The RERA registration number is UPRERAPRJ552003.

 Sector-18 (Plot size- 300 square meter)

In the 3rd quarter of the Year 2009, the Authority had launched its first Residential Scheme. 21000 thousand plots were allotted through a draw system in the sizes of 300 Sq.Mtr., 500 Sq.meters., 1000 Sq.meters, 2000 Sq.meters. & 4000 Sq.meters. 300 square meters plots are available in sector-18. The Plots were allotted at the rate of Rs. 4750/- per Sq.Meters and now it is available in resale with the premium price which varies according to size and location of plot. 

Sector-20 (Plot size-300/500/1000/2000/4000 square meter)

The authority had allotted Plots in the size of 4000 Sq.Meter., 2000 Sq.meter, 1000 Sq.meter, 500 Sq.meter & 300 Sq.meter in Sector-20.

Sector-22D (Plot size- 120/162 square meters)

Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) had launched a residential plot scheme on August 3, 2015, offering 900 plots of 120 sq meters and 162 meters.

This is for the first time that YEIDA offered small, low-priced plots.

Allotment Procedure for Yamuna Authority Residential Property

Under the self-financing scheme based on registration, the property is allotted through manual or computerized draw of lots.

Process of applying under the scheme

Application forms can be purchased from the listed bank branches after paying the application fee.

Application forms can also be downloaded from the Yamuna Authority site by making an online payment. 

A duly filled application form along with a 10% registration amount should be submitted to the listed bank branches on or before the closing date of the scheme.

Registration amount should be paid in favor of Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority through demand draft/pay order payable at New Delhi/ Noida/ Greater Noida.

Eligibility 

The applicant should be an Indian citizen.

Applicant should have not earlier been allotted any other plots/flats.

Applicant should be competent to contact/should have a sound mind and is not disqualified by law from contracting.

Applicant should have attained the age of majority/should be above eighteen years of age. 

Applicant, his/her spouse, or dependent child can apply for one plot/flat only.

Allotment procedure

The draw of lots is conducted to select the successful candidates for the allotment of plot/flat.

Registration money is refunded without interest to the unsuccessful applicants.
